Baltimore has always had something real about it.
It’s not polished. It’s not trying to be something it’s not. It’s raw, it’s honest—and if you look close enough, it’s full of talent that just needs the right stage.
At ATB Productions, we believe in that.
We believe in Baltimore.
We believe in the people here.
And we believe the comedy scene is one of the most underrated in the country.
The Spark
When Matt Hurley built The Port Comedy Club into a legitimate, high-quality comedy venue, something shifted.
This wasn’t just another open mic room.
This was a place where:
Comics could actually develop
Audiences showed up ready to laugh
And the energy felt like something bigger was building
That’s when we knew—we had to document it.
The Idea
“All Hands On Deck” came from a simple place:
If Baltimore has the talent, why not showcase it the right way?
Not just filming stand-up.
Not just throwing clips online.
We wanted to:
Capture the performances
Tell the stories behind the comics
And create something that feels like a real platform, not just content
So we built it as a hybrid:
🎤 Stand-up series
🎬 Mini-doc storytelling
🔥 Spotlight on the best talent in the area
The Execution
We approached it the same way we approach everything at ATB:
No shortcuts. No half-effort.
Multi-camera setups.
Real edits that respect timing and delivery.
Because if we’re going to bet on Baltimore, we’re going to do it right.
Each episode is designed to:
Give comics a stage that feels elevated
Give audiences a reason to keep watching
And give the scene a body of work it can point to
The Goal
This isn’t just about making videos.
It’s about building something.
Something that:
Helps comics get seen
Gives Baltimore a stronger voice in comedy
And proves you don’t have to leave the city to make something real
“All Hands On Deck” is exactly what it sounds like.
Everyone showing up.
Everyone contributing.
Everyone pushing the scene forward together.
What’s Next
More comics.
More stories.
More moments that feel real.
Baltimore has the talent.
We’re just getting started showing it to the world.
